Description
GPSNEO-6M module on board with mountedconnectors goldpin. Used, supports 50 channels, works with a supply voltage from 2.7 V to 5.0 V, communicates via interface UART (TX, RX) and the refresh rate is 5 Hz.
The system has solderedangualr goldpin connectors and ceramic antenna.
Key features
- Simple connection- device communicates via simple UART interface i.e. RX and TX pins with default speed of 9600 bps. Thanks to the wide voltage range, it can work with devices of 3.3 V, for example, STM32 and Raspberry Pi, and with devices of 5 V, for example, Arduino
- Built-in ceramic antenna- gives the sensitivity - 161 dB, to increase this parameter, it is possible to attach anexternal version via the connector u.FL. Since most of the available antennas, have SMA connector, in our assortment you will find a suitable adapter u.FL - SMA.
- Thebackup battery - on the back side is a battery to retain data in the device when the supply voltage is disconnected.

Connection and sample program
The system has a 5goldpin leads - pitch 2.54 mm. A description of their functions is in the table below.
Pin | Description |

TXD | The transmitter of the serial interface which should be connected to the receiver microcontroller (RX). |
RXD | The receiver of the serial interface that must be connected to the microcontroller's transmitter (TX). |
PPS | An additional output of the signal pulse-per-second of the GPS module. |
The module supports such programs as: u-center, GoogleEarth.
