Connecting and controlling a 24 V DC actuator
The STE-03 controller is designed for installation in a standard electrical installation box and is powered by 230 V AC. The following connections are required: a three-core 230 V power cable (3 x 1 mm²) and a two-core actuator cable (2 x 1 mm²) . When using external control buttons, separate two-core signal cables with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² should be used. Before installation, disconnect the power supply and make all connections according to the diagram in the instructions. After mounting and connecting the wires , the device is mounted in the box, and then the front panel is attached.
Control is performed using three buttons on the front of the controller :
- Top button - open
- Middle button - stop
- Bottom button - close
The controller operates in bistable mode , meaning there's no need to hold down the button—a single press is enough to start the actuator. Additionally, the STE-03 supports a 433.92 MHz radio remote control .
The controller is powered directly from the 230 V mains.
