Portable game consoles - teach and entertain
We offer game consoles that not only provide great entertainment but also can support the user in learning electronics and robotics. Many of our consoles are starter kits that require self-assembly. Many of them are based on development boards such as Raspberry Pi or Arduino. It is worth remembering that such devices are not included in the kit - user has to use his own or buy them separately. Just assembling and running DIY mini consoles from this category is a job that can not only teach some practical skills in electronics and programming, but also provide exceptional satisfaction.
Functional accessories for mini consoles
For mini consoles, you need special accessories so that you will be able to use their capabilities comfortably. Most of the products in the subcategory with accessories for portable game consoles are gamepads in various versions. Many of them are reconstructions of original solutions (e.g. Nintendo hardware), some are ready-to-use pointing devices and others are designed to work as an Arduino frontend. In the last case, you get a PCB with buttons attached, while the casing and all aesthetic aspects are up to you. Using appropriate software, you can design a 3D model of the case yourself and then print it on a 3D printer.
What exactly do we offer?
In this category you will find both game consoles and console accessories. We offer various types of consoles - those fully assembled and equipped and those which require connecting Arduino or Raspberry Pi. We have prepared products from companies like Adafruit, CircuitMess, Kitronik, M5Stack, Odroid, PiMoroni, Raspberry Pi, Seeedstudio, TinkerGen and Waveshare. These are excellent manufacturers from all over the world - each of them has years of experience in the production of electronic equipment. All offered devices are characterized by high quality and excellent functionality. In the accessories subcategory you will find controllers for various types of consoles. These are devices prepared for simple connection to console and ready printed circuit boards with installed buttons. The latter often require their own instrumentation (mainly housing) and assembly. You will find here devices from manufacturers like DFRobot, Iduino, PiHut, Retroflag, RetroPie, SparkFun and Waveshare.
Mini consoles for learning and entertainment
A great example of a mini console based on the Raspberry Pi is the RetroPie Gaming Kit. It is a device thanks to which, after assembling and launching the kit, the user can feel like playing one of the old items. The manufacturer has included two controllers reminiscent of those produced by Nintendo. All elements have been made with the utmost attention to detail and from durable, high quality materials. The whole not only visually looks great, but also perfectly fulfills its tasks.
