Differences between DLP and LCD projectors
A DLP projector can display a beam with greater homogeneity. The concentration of light on the formed surface is greater than 90%. For printers based on LCD technology, the light source is always on, which can cause imperfections in pixel-level curing.

Thanks to DLP technology, the light source system of the Anycubic Photon Ultra does not need to be replaced as often as in the case of 3D LCD printers. It has a service life of over 20,000 hours, 10 times longer than standard monochrome LCD screens.
