12.5 A at 12 V for installation in a device
Mean Well LRS-150-12 delivers 12 V and an output current of up to 12.5 A, that is 150 W, and is the 12 V version of the LRS-150 series. It is useful where many 12 V loads run at the same time, e.g. in devices with motors, fans or lighting.
You can set the output voltage with a potentiometer from 10.2 V to 13.8 V. The power supply has protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overheating, a typical efficiency of 87.5% and a metal case 30 mm high that is fastened with M3 screws.

Frequently asked questions
Can I power a 12 V LED strip with it?
Yes, as long as the strip's total power does not exceed 150 W. Leave a margin of about 20% and feed longer runs through separate wires.
Can I raise the voltage to 13.8 V?
Yes, with the potentiometer near the terminals you can set the voltage from 10.2 V to 13.8 V, but the output power should still not exceed 150 W.
What wires should I connect to the output?
At full current, use both the +V and -V terminals and choose the wire cross-section for a current of 12.5 A and the wire length.
