Mean Well HDR-60-24 is a switching power supply for DIN rail, 52.5 mm wide, which is three modules, with a stepped housing shape designed for modular distribution boards. The power supply sits in the same row as circuit breakers and relays. It delivers 24 V and up to 2.5 A, which is 60 W of rated power, for PLC controllers, relays, sensors and home automation modules.
The power supply works with an AC input voltage from 85 V to 264 V and a DC input voltage from 120 V to 370 V. You set the output voltage with a potentiometer in the range from 21.6 V to 29 V, and an LED signals the operating status. Cooling is natural, without a fan, and the efficiency is typically 90%.

Frequently asked questions
Can I set a voltage other than 24 V?
Yes. You can set the output voltage with the potentiometer on the housing in the range from 21.6 V to 29 V. The output power should still not exceed 60 W.
What happens in the event of a short circuit or overload?
The power supply limits the current, and with a large voltage drop it switches to hiccup mode. Once the cause is removed, it resumes operation on its own, without being switched on again.
Does the power supply fit a home distribution board?
Yes. It is three modules wide and has a stepped shape that fits typical modular distribution boards with a cover. You mount it on a TS35 rail.
