The display has leads placed on both sides of the board - there are female pins on one side and male pins on the other. The user can choose which version of the pins he will use when connecting.
- 5V - 5V power pin (when powered from a 5V power supply - pin 1 and pin 2 as power input, pin 33 and pin 34 provide 3.3V output).
- GND - system ground
- D0-D15 - data pins
- CS - Chip Select (activated low)
- RS - instruction/data selection (RS=1 data register, RS=0 instruction register)
- WR - writing function (WR=0, RD=1)
- RD - reading function (WR=1, RD=0)
- RESET - reset pin (activated low)
- NC - not connect
