Description: JIMU Box - set of building blocks to build a robot
JIMU Box is a set of 116 blocks for building interactive robots from the JIMU family. It has been designed to teach programming in primary schools, but its educational value will allow people of virtually any age to start their adventure with robots.
Thesocial network, gathering JIMU users from all over the world, allows you to share your ideas for the robot, use other users' projects and helps to solve problems while learning to program.
The kit is designed for children over 7 years old.
JIMU Box contains instructions for building 6 simple models. Included are 116 blocks, 2 servo motors, 1 microcomputer, charger and battery. The microcomputer connected to the servos can be freely programmed in an intuitive and accessible for everyone "Blocky" block diagram. This method allows to program the robot by setting the order of commands, adding conditions without knowledge of programming languages. It is also possible to program by recording movements. Simply move the robot arm in the desired way and record the movement into the Blocky system. It is then available for use in our block diagram.
The programming app is available on Android and iOS and is free to download. It connects to the built robot via Bluetooth and opens up the full possibilities for our robot. It includes assembly instructions for several models and a control center with an easy-to-use controller and pre-programmed actions. In addition, it allows Blocky programming with many instructions to help with the first steps.
Our JIMU Box set is freely expandable with additional components and other JIMU kits for robotic variety.
