The SEN-Pressure10 is a thin-film force sensor operating on the variable resistance principle . When pressure is applied, the resistance of the sensing material changes, which causes a voltage change at the analog output. This solution allows for easy monitoring of pressure levels from 0 kg to 10 kg using a microcontroller. The sensor features a flexible design , less than 0.25 mm thick , and compact dimensions of 75 x 20 x 9 mm. The 7.5 mm diameter sensing field enables precise pressure detection even in small electronics projects. Thanks to its thinness, the sensor can be integrated into curved surfaces, control panels, robotic components, and wearable devices. The module is characterized by high sensitivity, immunity to electromagnetic interference, and a long service life of approximately 1 million measurement cycles. A waterproof protective layer increases the sensor's durability when operating in harsh environmental conditions.

Pinouts and connection method of the pressure sensor
The SEN-Pressure10 sensor features three pins for quick connection to microprocessor systems. The "+" pin powers the module with a voltage between 3.3V and 5V, the "I" pin provides ground, and the "S" pin provides an analog measurement signal based on pressure level. The sensor can be connected directly to the analog inputs of an Arduino or other compatible microcontrollers. An ADC is required for the Raspberry Pi, as the platform lacks native analog inputs.
Raspberry Pi does not have analog inputs, so it is necessary to use an analog-to-digital converter.
In the case of Arduino, the sensor can be connected directly to the analog input.
