Smooth filament feeding is ensured by a two-speed Sprite extruder with direct drive. The printer can create prints with dimensions of 220 x 220 x 280 mm , and the dimensions of the entire device are 425 x 460 x 570 mm.

Incredible speed
The device has been equipped with an improved motion system that provides acceleration of 2000 mm / s² and high printing speed, which in some cases can even reach 250 mm / s. Such fast operation is ensured by the printer driving each axis with a precise stepper motor . By shortening the working time, the Ender-5 S1 is characterized by higher efficiency and lower energy consumption.
Auto leveling system
The printer has the function of fully automatic leveling of the work table using CR-Touch . It finely adjusts the height and tilt of the platform, and sets the Z-axis offset to within 0.01 mm for quick calibration of the distance between the nozzle and the bed.
Sprite Direct Drive Extruder
The device is equipped with a modernized, all-metal Sprite extruder with direct drive. The 1:3.5 ratio two-speed design provides a uniform extrusion force of 80 N.
High flow hotend
The titanium alloy thermal break has low thermal conductivity and is heat resistant up to 300°C. The corrugated heatsink is cooled by a silent axial fan. Thanks to this, the hotend head can work even with high-temperature materials .

Urus air ducts
Specially designed Urus air channels direct the powerful air stream generated by the 5015 fan to quickly cool and cure the freshly printed model. This eliminates any warping and deformation caused by overheating.
Workbench surface
The working platform is made of PC spring steel and has two recesses and a magnetic base. Its matte surface guarantees very good adhesion. To peel off the print, just slightly bend the plate.
