Equipped with a 3-meter sensor cable , it responds to liquid contact when the water level reaches 5 mm. The sensor also measures temperature and humidity , stores data in internal memory, and transmits it in real time via LoRaWAN . Its robust IP67 design and UV resistance ensure reliable operation in demanding environments. The sensor supports the modern Milesight D2D protocol, allowing you to create a Smart Home system without the standard network gateway required to connect devices.

The EM300-ZLD sensor detects liquid contact through conductivity, responding at a level as small as 5 mm . Built-in temperature and humidity sensors offer high precision (±0.3°C from 0°C to 70°C , ±3% RH from 10% to 90% ). Additionally, alarm thresholds and data reporting schedules can be set. Thanks to its large memory (2,800 entries) and retransmission function, data is secure even in the event of a temporary loss of communication.
Durable construction and operation in difficult conditions
The sensor's design is based on a flammability-rated ABS + PC housing with IP67 certification and UV resistance. It operates in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 70°C and humidity ranging from 0% RH to 100% RH. Mounting is versatile – wall-mounted, using 3M tape, or cable ties. The battery is replaceable. ER18505 4000 mAh provides up to a decade of service-free operation.
The sensor supports liquid leak detection when the level reaches 5 mm.
The leak detection probe is up to 3 meters long.
LoRaWAN connectivity and Milesight IoT Cloud integration
LoRaWAN enables long-range data transmission with minimal power consumption, making it ideal for large-scale installations. The EM300-ZLD is compatible with LoRaWAN gateways from various manufacturers and supports the Milesight D2D protocol, enabling direct communication with other Milesight devices. The Milesight IoT Cloud application offers data visualization in the form of dashboards, reports, real-time alerts, and automated actions, such as activating pumps or alarms upon flood detection.
