CH341A programmer for EEPROM and Flash memory
The CH341A programmer is a set for reading and writing 24-series EEPROM and 25-series SPI Flash memory, with a ZIF socket, a SOIC8 clip and a 1.8 V adapter. You plug it into your computer's USB port, then either insert the memory chip into the ZIF socket or connect to it with the clip placed on the chip. The set also includes a 200-208 mil SOP8 socket and adapter boards that convert SMD packages to the standard DIP8 pitch.

Which memory chips does the programmer support?
Next to the ZIF socket there are markings for 24-series EEPROM and 25-series SPI Flash memory. Before buying, check in the chip's datasheet which series it belongs to.
What is the 1.8 V adapter for?
The adapter is designed for memory powered at 1.8 V. You insert it into the programmer's socket and then place the memory chip in the adapter's own ZIF socket.
How do I connect the SOIC8 clip?
Connect the clip's ribbon cable to the adapter board, which you then insert into the programmer's ZIF socket. The red wire of the cable marks pin 1, so always align it with the pin 1 marking on the chip package.
