Description of product: SparkFun Qwiic MP3 Trigger
SparkFunQwiic MP3 Trigger is ableto play music filesstored onthe microSD card. The WT2003Sdecoder's chip allows you toread all the popular formatsof audio such asMP3,Ogg Vorbis,AAC,WMA,MIDI. The board hasa built-in slotfor memory card, thanks to this, it does not require additional modules.
The module has connectors Qwiicthanks to which you can connect and play audiowithout the need of soldering. Communication withthe basic module(withanymicrocontroller, e.g.Arduino) is througha simple serial interface orconnector Qwiic.The modulesupports cards with capacity of up to 32 GB.
Decoder and ATtiny84 Qwiic-a MP3 Trigger
Heart of the Qwiic MP3 Trigger is a decoder WT2003S, the system reads the MP3 files froma microSD card.ATtiny84Areceives I2C commands and controls the MP3 decoder.

SparkFun Qwiic MP3 Trigger works withmemory cardsfrom 512 MB to 32 GB formated in the systemFAT32. An easy way to add and remove MP3 files to and fromQwiic MP3 Trigger, is to connectC USB cable.
To transfer multiple MP3 files to the USB-C cable will be enough. When moving large data to the SD card, it is recommended to use aUSB SD adapter. |

Sound amplifier Qwiic MP3 Trigger
The module is equipped withclass D amplifier mono,it can transmit up to1.4 W.
The volume can be adjusted in the software with the command SET_VOLUME 0x07. Setting the volume is saved in the memory NVM and loaded after power-up. |
The audio outputs of the module Qwiic MP3 Trigger
The module was equipped with a standard3.5 mm audio connector that can play the tracks throughheadphonesorspeakers. An additional connector is poke-home, it is marked on the board as speaker.
