Product description: Li-Pol GFC Energy 850 mAh 20C 2S 7.4 V battery - Tamiya
Lithium-polymer battery by GFC Energy with a total capacity of 850 mAh . The output voltage is 7.4V and the constant discharge current is 20C (17A) . It is used in car modeling, robotics or AEG replicas. The terminals of the battery are the cables terminated with the Tamiya connector and the output to the balancer. These cells are characterized by a long service life. The dimensions of the product are 52 x 30 x 14 mm . Remember not to discharge the Li-Pol pack below 3V per cell and not to overcharge it above 4.2V per cell .

Proper charging of Li-Pol batteries
When using Li-Pol packets , special attention should be paid to the proper charging of cells. It is important to maintain balanced cells , i.e. to evenly charge (to the same voltage level) each of the individual cells in relation to the others. There are many chargers for Li-Pol packets , both the simplest compact and advanced microprocessor chargers are available.
Storage of packages is also an important issue. If the cells will not be used for a long time, it is worth introducing them to the Storage level (microprocessor chargers have a program that will automatically put the packages in this state). This mode will charge or discharge the packet to 3.7V per cell - which is the best voltage in terms of Li-Pol packet performance as well as its lifetime.
