The large working space of 450 x 450 x 470 mm allows you to create truly unique projects. Such a working field allows you to print items even in their natural sizes. The CR-M4 is particularly suitable for prototyping, small-lot production or creating various types of architectural models .
Double linear guides optimize the movement in the Y axis, which is driven by a powerful and precise motor, works accurately and smoothly. Made of bearing steel, the rails are resistant to wear, abrasion and heavy loads. The new rail system made using CNC machining is much more durable than V-slot rails.
Sprite Direct Drive Extruder
The device is equipped with a modernized, all-metal Sprite extruder with direct drive. The two-speed design provides a uniform extrusion force of 80 N.
High flow hotend
The printer hotend uses an improved high-flow nozzle and a 50W heater. Thanks to this, it can work with high-temperature filaments , even at 300 ° C. The Creality CR-M4 has the ability to use interchangeable 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles.
The 4.3" touch screen provides simple, intuitive control . It allows you to view the model and PID temperature tuning. After 5 minutes of inactivity, the display turns off. You can also activate the sleep mode.
The CR-M4 can be operated using a pen drive, USB-C cable, RJ45 cable and WiFi. For LAN, users have the ability to operate the printer from any computer on the network via Creality Print. The Creality Cloud app allows you to control and monitor your print remotely using your phone.
Auto leveling system
The printer has a function of fully automatic plate leveling using CR-Touch, which detects 25 measuring points and uses them to precisely adjust the height and inclination of the platform, and also sets the Z axis offset with an accuracy of 0.05 mm for quick calibration of the distance between the nozzle and the table.
The platform consists of four layers : a PC top coat for strong adhesion, a spring steel sheet for easy detachment of the models, a magnetic plate with two pins, and a heated aluminum alloy table that heats up to 60°C in Creality Lab tests within 160 seconds.
