Description
PicoBuck driver allows you to control three differentLEDson three different channels. The power of the LEDs can be adjusted by changing the voltage or through the cycle of the PWM. Circuit board has a jumper for each channel, which when connected, the max current of the LED increases to 660 mA.
Connection
The supply voltage must be connected to terminals denoted by the symbol + and -. As that PicoBuck is a constant current driver, input current consumed from the power source decreases with increasing voltage. Typically, the module efficiency is approx. 95%, depending on the supply voltage.
Brightness control of the LEDs is done using an analog voltage change (from 20 % to 100% of maximum current by the voltage from 0.5 V to 2.5 V) or the PWM signal in the range from 0% to 100 %. PWM can be created from any microcontroller, includingArduino boards.
