Product description: Adafruit Backpack - 7-segment LED display driver module - STEMMA QT / Qwiic - Adafruit 877
Adafruit Backpack is a module equipped with a driver for 7-segment displays with a diagonal of 0.56 " . The module is based on the HT16K33 driver, thanks to which there is no need to connect a large number of wires. Backpack for communication with the microcontroller uses the I2C interface. The board has two connectors for quick connection. - Qwiic / STEMMA QT . On the bottom of the module you can find jumpers for selecting the I2C address, so you can connect up to eight 7-segment displays. The module is powered with the voltage of 3 V or 5 V. The segment display must be purchased separately . into the plate.
The product is compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi
The manufacturer has prepared a user guide that presents connection diagrams and code examples in Arduino and CircuitPython.
