Description: Adafruit NeoPixel Smart PCB - RGB LEDs WS2812 5050 - 4pcs
Modules with individually addressed RGB LED WS2812 24-bit with integrated control unit. Module needs one microcontroller output. The plate has two holes for mounting, as well as dimensions: 13 x 10 mm.

Outputs are vents for goldpin connectors - 2.54 mm raster, with which the module can be mounted on a bradboard or plug wire -strip not included, it can be purchased separately. The LEDs can be powered with any voltage from 5 V to 9 V.
The used communication Protocol allows the serial connection of the LEDs. Another circuit should be connected to the output connector, combining with each other respectively, 5V, GND, DOUT and DIN. The manufacturer notes that when working with more than 500 LEDs, there may not be enough RAM in theArduino Uno system.
Connection
The device has four terminals:- GND- module's ground
- 5 V - supply voltage, 60 mA for one pixel
- Data INthe digital control signal from the microcontroller
- Data OUT- output for connection of the following module
