Description: Carborundum glass workbench top for Ender 3 V2
Overlay made of high quality carborundum glass(silicon carbide). Dedicated to Creality Ender 3 v2 printer. It can be also used for Ender-3 and Ender-3 Pro models. Using the presented product allows to obtain a better degree of adhesion of the printout to the workspace. It also facilitates the removal of finished 3D models. Dimensions of the overlay is 235 x 235 x 4 mm.

What problems are solved by using silicon carbide overlay?
- It eliminates the need to use masking tape on the hotbed surface. Paper tape often gets damaged after removing the model
- When the user wants to avoid using glue, which often makes the model difficult to remove. The platform can then be easily damaged using sharp tools such as a spatula
- No need to use glue also avoids contamination on the surface of the hotbed. They cause the appearance of unsightly marks on the bottom of finished models
Easy peeling of finished 3D prints
Silicon carbide surface allows for easy removal of finished 3D models. Thanks to the coating of the material with microporous structure of the material, the printout can be peeled off without the risk of damage immediately after cooling down the work surface. This usually takes about one minute.
The overlay provides very good adhesion of the first layers. The composite nanoparticle coating gains viscosity when heated, which makes the model have strong adhesion.

Flat surface, long life
The overlay has an almost perfectly flat surface. This makes it much easier to level the working table. It also ensures a smooth underside of 3D prints.
The coating is extremely durable. Its hardness is 8 on the Mohs scale. The maximum operating temperature is 400°C.
