It works with Atom, AtomS3, and AtomS3R modules , providing support for wireless communication, audio processing, and application logic. The built-in ES8311 codec and ES7210 chip with AEC echo cancellation guarantee high-quality audio recording and playback, making the module ideal for Voice Assistant, Smart Home , and voice control applications. The STM32G030F6P6 microcontroller handles RGB lighting effects and touch panels, enabling fast touch response and the creation of complex user interfaces. The built-in AW87559 class-D amplifier ensures clear and dynamic sound, while the Si5351 generator provides a stable clock signal for the audio system. The module can be programmed using the Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and pre-built M5Stack environments .

M5Stack Compatibility and Communication Interfaces
Voice Pyramid is designed specifically for the M5Stack Atom ecosystem and works with multiple modules from the Atom and AtomS3 series. The device is compatible with AtomS3R , AtomS3 , and others. AtomS3-Lite , Atom-Matrix , and Atom-Lite . The module should not be used with Atom Voice , as this may damage the devices. Audio communication is achieved via the I2S interface, including the I2S_DOUT, I2S_DIN, I2S_SCLK, and I2S_LRCK signals. Additionally, the module uses the I2C bus to communicate with the audio circuits, RGB controller, and clock generator. The housing also includes a Grove HY2.0-4P connector for connecting additional modules and sensors compatible with the M5Stack. The plug-and-play design allows for quick installation of the Atom controller without the need for soldering . This allows the Voice Pyramid to function as a central audio module for Smart Home systems, IoT devices, and intelligent voice assistants.

The module can be used to build local voice assistants, Bluetooth speakers, voice control interfaces, and systems integrating with Home Assistant . Support for WiFi and Bluetooth through compatible Atom modules allows for the creation of modern IoT devices that communicate with the cloud or operate locally. Ready-made projects using the Xiaozhi Voice Assistant and Bluetooth Audio Player are also available. You can control RGB lighting, operate touch panels, read audio data from a microphone, and implement your own speech recognition algorithms.
