How to start working with the M5Atom Matrix
In order to work with the module you need a USB cable, with which we will program our module. This cable can also be used to power the module, an alternative to the wired power supply of the device is theATOM TailBatextensions, which acts as a powerbank. For proper operation of the device with a computer you will need a suitable driver - its installation has beendescribed in detailby the manufacturer.The manufacturer has also made specialEasy LoaderandM5Burnerapplications available. They enable easy installation of the required software for our small module.
Purpose of the M5Atom Matrix
The Matrix version is ideal for use wherever light signals are used, the Matrix can be successfully used as the main module to control the operation of sensors and signal when a phenomenon occurs. In this case you can use dedicated expansion modules fromM5Stackor sensors equipped with a connector known fromGrovesystem. Connection of the expansion devices is trivially simple and requires connecting the cable to theGroveconnector or to theGPIOconnector on the back of the device.
