Description
CNC laser engraving machine designed for handling non-metallic materials such as plastic, wood, acrylic, PVC, etc. Controlled by USB interface and GRBL interface. The dimensions of the machine are 220 x 240 x 200 mm and the working space 160 x 100 x 4.5 mm. Complete set, ready to work.
Average accuracy of the device is 0.1 mm, but most often it is even up to 0.05 mm. When using an engraver, the accuracy depends on the material hardness.
The device controller operates in a C-optimised design, making use of every feature of the AVR microcontrollers. It is able to achieve a stable frequency of 30 kHz without additional interference. Accepts the standard G-code. All movements, e.g. arcs, circles, helical movements are fully supported. No macros or variables are available, but the graphical interface can replace them. The GRBL supports up to 18 movements in advance, so that it plans smooth acceleration and optimal handling. The machine cannot engrave three-dimensional objects.
