I really really *really* like that old school look. :D Really good that the header isn't pre-soldered, as this only needs I2C GPIO 2+3 and 5V+GND to work, ie. pins 3-6 will do. Gives more options for placement and cases. I used wire wrapping to connect the board to the pi. The displays aren't trivial to solder on, everything is so close together, but far from impossible. Excellent instructions and specs. Can be installed with most other hats, such as hifiberries!
