Product description: Kradex plastic housing ZP240.190.105 JpH ABS-PC with gasket and brass bushings IP68 clear-transparent
The two-piece plastic airtight enclosure from Kradex can be used for devices where a tight seal is required. The available version is made of ABS and PC material and has a spouted seal. The cover is made of transparent polycarbonate and is closed by means of two hinges, which are factory-fitted to the bottom part of the case. Both parts are bolted together. Mounting posts allow a stable attachment of the DIN rail inside the enclosure. The product is packed in a dedicated cardboard box.
Hermetic housing IP68
IP class is a standard which helps to determine the level of water- and dust-tightness of a device or product. The higher the IP number the higher the confidence that the product can be exposed to water. Some classes of waterproofness allow the product to be submerged in water. The IP68 ensures full protection against water entering the enclosure, even when completely submerged for a long period of time, and also means full dust tightness.
