Product description: 3D Scanner - EinScan Pro Plus
EinScan Pro Plusis a professional 3D handheld scanner that enables precise scanning of objects from 3 cm to 400 cm high. The scanner has four modes of operation, allowing you to scan in manual, stationary, fast and static mode. Solid Edge ST10Classicsoftware is also included.
Changes to EinScan Pro Plus
- The HD handheld scanner is equipped with a new technology to achieve the perfect combination of 3D scanning speeds and very high quality details up to 0.05 mm.
- The single-frame scanning range has been expanded by 1.6x to offer significant improvements in scanning speed in manual mode.
- Improved HD scanning system with new light-line scanning technology. The EinScan Plus Pro model emits 100 lines per scan. The HD handheld scanning speed is 550,000 points per second.
- The single-sided scanning range is 300 x 170 mm. The scanning area of a single frame is enlarged 1.6 times. The manual scanning speed is significantly higher compared to EinScanPro.
4 scan modes in EinScan Pro Plus
The EinScan Pro Plus handheld scanner offers mobility, accuracy and high usability due to four scanning modes.
High-speed scanner
Manual, high-speed mode is used to scan people and large objects. Scanning takes place at a speed of 450 000 points per second and an accuracy of 0.3 mm.
Manual HD scanning
This mode is used to scan museum objects, works of art, objects with complex geometry. Positioning markers are placed on the scanned object, the scanning speed is 550,000 points per second and the accuracy is 0.1 mm.
Automatic mode
It is used when scanning detailed details using positioning markers, tripod and rotary table. Scanning with the highest accuracy of 0.05 mm.
Static mode
Used for scanning detailed parts using positioning markers, tripod without turntable. Scanning takes place with the highest resolution of 0.05 mm.
Use of the EinScan Pro Plus
- Reverse engineering in industry is a key application for 3D scanners. By performing a 3D scan, designers are able to obtain a digital image of virtually any object, which can then be further analysed and processed in CAD programs.
- 3D printing and rapid prototyping - by using a 3D scanner you can quickly obtain a model of the object without having to design it from scratch. Scanned and then printed objects can be used as prototypes before the product is finally put into production.
- Education - EinScan 3D scanning systems are used in schools around the world. The 3D scanner is an essential tool to shape future engineers.
- Architecture - the EinScan Pro Plus scanner helps architects and conservationists in their daily work. The scanner's working area is up to 4 m, which allows it to scan even very large objects.
Design of the EinScan Pro Plus
The EinScan Pro Plus features high quality and speed scanning, but also attaches great importance to the visual finish of the scanner. It has a fine and deep metallic texture which not only works but also looks professional.
Modern design of the EinScan Pro+.
EinScan 2.0 software
The EinScan 2.0 3D scanner software is easy to use, has a user-friendly interface, allows for one-click data transfer to the Sketchfab platform and has an efficient process for sharing scanned 3D data directly over the internet.
EinScan 2.0 software.
Solid Edge ST10 software
The scanner comes with Solid Edge ST10 software, which provides a complete reverse engineering solution for further processing of scanned models. The software comes with a perpetuallicense andfree updates for 12 months. Solid Edge is the most complete 2D / 3D hybrid CAD system that uses synchronous technology.
