TPBot Smart Carisfunandlearningin one. It can be thought of as a toy thatfollows linesandavoids obstacles, so your child develops through play. It is equipped with components that allow you to learn the functions of the robot while playing. It has anultrasonic distance sensorand aline tracking sensor. On the other hand, when themicro:bitboard is inserted, TPBot becomesa smart,programmable carthat gives kids the opportunity to learn coding in a friendly way.

Line Tracking
TPBot Smart Car is equipped with aline-tracking sensor, thanks to which it can move along aspecific loop. The kit includes a special line-tracking map board. To enter the line-tracking and obstacle avoidance mode, pressthe power button. Then, theLEDson the front panel of the robot will light up. While driving, the headlights change color, when an obstacle is detected they light upred.
MakeCode and micro:bit
Micro:bitis not requiredfor proper operation of the robot, but its presence gives the possibility toextend the functionality ofTPBot. It is compatible with micro:bit versions V1 andV2. Programmable with the friendlyMakeCodegraphical environment. It enables the youngest users tolearn programminginan accessibleandeffectiveway and helps todevelop creativity. The manufacturer provides a detaileduser tutorialwith almost20 projectscontaining TPBot programming instructions. You can find there, among others, the project "Searching for light" or "Gesture-controlled TPBot". You can turn your Smart Car into a police car, make it visible in the dark or even play football with it. You are limited only by your imagination.
The use of micro:bit gives you the possibility to extend the functions of TPBot.
The set includes line-tracking boards.
