Product description: 10W cutting laser module kit for Snapmaker v2.0 3D printer model F250 with laser engraving and cutting platform
A laser head module compatible with Snapmaker v2.0 3D printers, the class 4 laser is 10 watts. It has a function to automatically focus the beam on the engraved surface. The module is equipped with an improved wide-angle HD camera, thanks to which the preview of the working field is visible in Luban software. The kit includes a dedicated Snapmaker v2.0 model F250 platform (work surface) for laser engraving and cutting.
Laser cutting module for Snapmaker v2.0 3D printer - 10 W.
Wide range of materials
The laser module is equipped with state-of-the-art laser beam splitters, allowing the power to jump from 5 watts to 10 watts. This means you can process a wider range of materials and a larger number of projects.
High speed
The operating speed of the 10 W laser module can reach up to 6000 mm/min, cutting through wood up to 8 mm thick. For comparison, this is a cutting speed up to 8 times faster than the standard 1.6 W laser module. The more powerful version of the module allows for very fast processing.
Power and accuracy
With Fast-axis coll imating (FAC) lenses built into the two laser diodes, the module first compresses the laser spot of each diode. It then combines the laser beams from the two diodes using advanced beam merging technology, resulting in higher power output and very precise focusing (0.05 mm × 0.2 mm). This enables higher energy density. The smaller laser focus and higher power provide more efficient operation to achieve high detail on engraved parts.
Efficient ventilation
Anair channel inside the 10W laser module provides adequate air pressure, blowing vapors generated when cutting through the material beam. These are then sent directly to the module's ventilation grilles. They are then exhausted to the outside, reducing their impact on laser processing.

Auto Focus
Using triangulation technology, the 10 W laser module for Snapmaker v2.0 is able to automatically measure the thickness of the workpiece material based on data from the camera and light emitter. It will then adjust in the Z-axis so that the focus falls exactly on the surface of the material.
HD wide-angle camera
The HD wide-angle camera installed in the module captures the entire working field. It allows you to get an instant preview of the laser work in the dedicated Luban software. Control of cutting and engraving is seamless.
Tailor-made software.
Luban is a dedicated software for 3 in 1 Snapmaker v2.0 devices. It is designed for both beginners and experienced users. It contains ready-to-use material profiles, enables conversion of 3D model into 2D vector. Allows you to customize many other settings.
Safe use
To protect the user and bystanders, the manufacturer has placed in the module a gyroscopic sensor, which ensures that the laser beam does not escape outside the working field. Even if the module is incorrectly installed or deviates from the designated position.
Laser head cooling system
Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can shorten the life of the laser diode. The 10 W module has two separate blowing systems for the PCBA and the laser diode to ensure proper cooling of the diode during operation. With proper use, the life of this component can be as long as 8,000-10,000 hours.
Over-temperature protection
The module automatically stops operation when the built-in temperature sensor detects that the temperature exceeds 55°C (131°F). When the temperature returns to the normal range, The user can resume operation via the touch screen.
Solution for Snapmaker v2.0 model F250
The kit includes a 10W laser head and an 80 x 264 x 8mm platform (work surface) dedicated to Snapmaker v2.0 model F250. You can safely perform laser engraving and cutting on it. The package is an original accessory from Snapmaker that allows you to expand the functionality of the F250 to include laser processing of specific materials.
