The workspace of Ender 5 printer has dimensions of 300 x 220 x 220 mm (in the basic and Pro version). The main design difference here - compared to the Ender 3 models - is the rectangular-shaped frame, so with four supports instead of the classic frame based on two supports. This change makes the Ender 5 printer characterized by a noticeably higher stability and much better elimination of the impact of vibration during operation on the quality of the resulting model. Shock protection is also provided by a double-sided belt, driven by a double Y axis. Creality Ender 5 Pro 3D printer goes a step further - in this case, the user receives a device with an upgraded motherboard v1.15. Implemented in this solution TMC2208 motor drivers provide a much quieter operation, while thermal protections take care of maintaining a stable temperature during the entire printing process.

New type of PTFE tubing
The Creality Ender-5 Pro uses a new type ofCapricorn Bowden PTFEtubes to transport thefilament.Their inner diameter is 1.9 mm with a tolerance of ± 0.05 mm. The tight fit allows toreduce vibrationsduring the movement of the filament andprevents the phenomenon of so-called "buckling", which in this case is an undesirable bending of the printing material. This is particularly important when using filaments with increased elasticity.

In Creality Ender 5-Pro,the extruder was made entirely of metal. This allowed us to increase the pressure on the filament being pushed through the nozzle, thus improving printing efficiency. Creality 3D printer for demanding users
CrealityEnder-5 Pro 3Dprinter differs from lower numbered models primarily by a dramatically different, even more stable construction in the form of cuboid. The printhead moves on the arm only in the horizontal plane, while the table is raised in the Z axis on double slides.
The dimensions of the workspace of the Ender-5 Pro model alone are close to classic Creality 3D printers and are 220 x 220 x 300 mm. Screws are used to level the work table, and a magnetic overlay is placed on the surface of the work platform to facilitate the removal of the finished print.

It is also worth noting the novelties that the manufacturer Creality has introduced to the new model - the printer is equipped with an improved motherboard, while the extruder itself is entirely made of metal, so it gains additional durability. Creality 3D printer is a high-quality equipment equipped with all the practical technologies that allow to optimize the printing process.
