Module with distance sensor ToF (Time of Flight) VL53L4CD . It uses a VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) laser with a semiconductor diode, which allows you to measure the distance to the object in the range from 1 mm to 1300 mm with millimeter resolution. The product for communication uses the I2C bus. The Qwiic standard connectors on the board facilitate design (no soldering required), and also prevent the connection contrary to the polarity. The module supply voltage is from 2.6 V to 3.5 V.

What is Qwiic?
Qwiic SparkFun is an ecosystem that includes numerous sensors based on the I2C bus, executive modules and dedicated cables. The main assumption of this solution is to improve the prototyping process. All elements supporting the Qwiic standard use a common, 4-pin JST connector with a spacing of 1 mm. This reduces the amount of space required on the PCB. It also protects against connection inconsistent with the polarity.
