Filament PLA is a thermoplastic polyester in the form of a fiber, designed for 3D printing using the FFF method. Filaments are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture. Therefore, breaking the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. For this reason, if an unpacked item is returned, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced. This does not apply to returns resulting from manufacturing defects in the material, such as damaged or cut filament. Please carefully check the color and material type on the label before opening the foil packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
