Description
Sensor for measuring magnetic field (compass) in three axes. It is characterized by its small size, low power consumption and simple operation. It communicates via the I2C bus.

For communication with the central unit there is a popular I2C bus (TWI). The module has passive elements necessary for proper operation of the system. The outputs are popular goldpin connectors, which allow to connect the sensor withwires ordirectly into thecontactboard.
Because the maximum voltage with which the system operates is 3.6V, to work with Arduino voltage converter is required. The exception are modules working with 3.3V e.g. ArduinoPro Mini 328 - 3.3V/8MHz.
Product compatible with Arduino The manufacturer prepared asample program forArduino users. |
