Advanced print head

The design of the Trilab AzteQ Industrial allows the use of interchangeable, magnetic print heads. Several types of hotends can be used in the device: E3D V6, Volcano or SuperVolcano with specific types and dimensions of nozzles. The head has an autocalibration strain gauge to obtain the most accurate first layer of the 3D printout.

Top-quality control electronics

The electronic systems that control the operation of the device have been separated from the working chamber and placed in an independent, actively cooled cavity. This protects the sensitive electronics from the negative influence of high temperature during the operation of the device.

Actively heated chamber

In Trilab AzteQ Industrial, the manufacturer used a closed, actively heated working chamber, inside which the temperature can reach up to 80⁰C. This solution provides constant conditions for forming models. The user can safely print even large models from high-tech materials such as ABS, ASA, nylon or polycarbonate.

Flexible PrintPad

PrintPad is an additional element located on the worktable, which allows you to easily remove ready-made 3D models without risking damaging the newly created printout. PrintPad also ensures very good adhesion of the first print layers.

Delta kinematics

In AzteQ Industrial, the print head is suspended on stiff and light carbon arms, which are mounted on strong magnets. Combined with the upgraded THK linear guide, the delta movement provides fast, precise and repeatable movements that significantly contribute to the formation of high-quality, detailed prints.

Large working field

The printer offers a large working area with a diameter of 300 mm and a height of 400 mm . These are the parameters that enable the creation of large, demanding prints. The level of technological advancement of the device is also emphasized by a wide range of compatible filaments, incl. ABS, ASA, PA, PC, PP, PETG, CPE, PLA.

Device control

Trilab AzteQ Industrial can be controlled using a convenient 6.5 '' DeltaControl wireless display placed in the docking station. Alternatively, it is possible to control via the WebControl interface via a PC or Mac.

Always keep long prints under control

AzteQ Industrial, thanks to the lighting of the working chamber and an integrated camera, enables remote control over the process of printing 3D models. This feature is especially useful for time-consuming, multi-day projects.
