Description
Module from DFRobot is based on the STM32 with 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 core (72 MHz, 512 KB of Flash, 64 KB of RAM). It has 39 digital inputs/outputs, 11 analog inputs and the popular communication interfaces. The colored connectors help you identify the leads. An additional feature is support for Bluetooth 4.0.
The communication protocol was written in such way so the device could be programmed by using the Arduino IDE 1.5.5 - details inthe user guide. |
Key features
- Efficient STM32 microcontroller with 32-bit ARM Cortex core, clocked at 72 MHz
- Support for remote programming via Bluetooth
- Support for Bluetooth HID
- The ability to customize the BLE interface using the AT commands
- The ability to install the latest drivers - firmware
- The possibility of remote control
- The distribution of leads, compatible with Arduino
- Application support for Android and iOS
The board contains a CC2540 chip by Texas Instruments which allows communication in the Bluetooth 4.0 standard. Thanks to this functionality, the user can remotely program the Bluno (BLE) module, use AT commands and, in a simple way, update the software.
Leads operate at a voltage of 3.3 V, for connection to the 5V systema, required is voltage converter. |
DFRobot company introduced colored connectors that facilitate the identification of the leads:
- red- power pins,
- blue- analog pins,
- green- digital pins.
In order to start Bluno M3, it is necessary to connect the system to computer usingmicroUSB cableand install the modified Arduino IDE from thewebsite of the manufacturer. Detailed information is available inthe user's guide. |
