Thanks to the use of double trapezoidal screws in the Z axis of movement, the device is characterized by increased stability and precision of work. The 3D printer has analuminium structurewith dimensions of 500 x 500 x 531 mm. The chamber has built-in side walls. On its front part there is a double door.

Modular design

Semi-enclosed workspace
TheCrealitySermoon D1 has side panels made of transparent material, allowing you to see the 3D model at all times. The top of the device is not enclosed, allowing easy access to the device's printing components. Metal stand ensures stability during work. Silver-gray aluminum frames with curved edges, in addition to the structural function also emphasize the aesthetic value of the device.

Double Z-axis
The Creality Sermoon D1 model uses a design solution based on the double Z-axis. Two trapezoidal screws located on its sides are responsible for the vertical movement of the work table. They are driven by two stepper motors. High quality bearings and V-wheel elements provide additional stability during movement of printing elements of the device.

Creality Sermoon D1 uses a proprietary motherboard from Creality. The component is characterized by high performance. It is also very quiet during operation. The printer also uses an upgraded power supply, ensuring high efficiency and operational safety.

Creality Sermoon D1 Hotend
The printer has an all-metal, precision filament extrusion system based on a direct drive mechanism. Hotend head finished with improved nozzle, allows to efficiently and evenly apply subsequent layers of filament. Cooling system allows to maintain the appropriate printing temperature.
