The FlowTech™ hotend from Micro Swiss is a printhead designed specifically for Creality Ender 3 V3 SE printer users. Its clever design features an integrated, sealed nozzle and thermal break , preventing filament leakage. This eliminates the need to hot-tighten the nozzle – replacing it cold is possible, without the need for force or risk of damaging the heating elements. A heating core based on a 60W ceramic heating element and an enlarged 28.6mm melting zone enable high material flow, facilitating higher printing speeds and larger nozzle diameters. The all-metal hotend allows for the use of filaments with higher temperature requirements. The kit's maximum operating temperature is 300°C , but in the case of the Ender 3 V3 SE, the firmware limits it to 260°C . The kit includes all mounting hardware.

The FlowTech™ printhead eliminates the problem of filament leakage by integrating a brass nozzle with a thermal spacer into a single, factory-sealed unit. This ensures that no leaks will disrupt the printing process . Furthermore, the innovative design allows for quick nozzle replacement without the need for warming up – it can be done one-handed, without the need for force and without the risk of burns.
High material flow and wear resistance
The cylindrical ceramic heater used in the hotend and the 28.6 mm long melting zone allow for achieving high flow efficiency - crucial for fast printing. The all-metal construction (including a nickel-plated copper core and titanium screws) ensures longevity and resistance to damage . Each hotend is tested in a full heating cycle, ensuring reliable operation.
The maximum temperature is up to 300°C.
Replacing the nozzle is very easy - there is no need to hot-tighten it and it can be done with one hand.
