Increased working volume
The construction of Photon Mono 2 has the same dimensions as its predecessor Photon Mono 4K, but the print area has been increased. Its dimensions are 143 x 89 x 165 mm, and the maximum print volume is 2.09 L. This means that you can create larger projects without taking up too much space.
High resolution LCD screen
Photon Mono 2 uses a 6.6-inch monochrome LCD screen with a resolution of 4096 x 2560 px. Thanks to this, the obtained printouts are characterized by high detail and accuracy . The display is covered with a film that protects it from any scratches, as well as from accidental leakage of resin.
The protective film maintains a light transmittance of 95%, so it fully protects the screen while ensuring print accuracy.
The LightTurbo matrix evenly distributes the UV light.
Improved light source
The proprietary Anycubic LighTurbo lighting system provides a stable and uniform source of UV light , the intensity of which can reach 4200 μW / cm². Effectively reduces visible layer lines and prevents grid formation on printouts. Thanks to this, the printer is able to render more details of the model, and its surface becomes delicate and smooth.
Engraved work plate
The printer is equipped with a working platform made of aluminum alloy. A checkerboard pattern was engraved on its surface. This significantly increases the adhesion and thus the stability of the printed model. The risk of the printout peeling off or slipping off the platform is much lower.
