- 5 inch intuitive touchscreen
High print speed - Snapmaker J1s.
Quick and efficient prints
- speed: 350 mm/sec
- acceleration: 10,000 mm/s²
Immediate switching of extruders operation
When printing with two extruders, the currently idle extruder warms up in standby mode and starts printing right after the currently working companion, without the need to wait for heating, which significantly reduces printing time.
Fast extruder switching.
Advanced cooling system.
Strong cooling system
The J1s is equipped with an advanced cooling system that significantly reduces the temperature of prints, even at the highest speeds, and cools the printing area. There are small fans in the print heads, and a special fan is placed on the rear panel of the printer, which, thanks to a narrow channel, effectively blows warm air out of the chamber.
One-piece body - die-cast
The body of the J1s consists of a one-piece die-cast upper frame and base and four aluminum alloy bars. Making the carcass from just a few highly integrated parts is a long-established approach in the automotive industry that greatly facilitates precise assembly.
The frame of the Snapmaker J1s is rigid, durable , and ensures minimal vibration, so you can print large projects one after the other for a long time and get all prints in very high quality.
High precision
The industrial-grade linear guides are made by micron-level CNC grinding, ensuring smooth and stable movements. A significant increase in precision, stiffness and durability so you can enjoy fast, accurate and stable creation.
Accuracy
- ±0.03 mm (X/Y)
- ±0.02 mm (Z)
- expected lifetime: over 10 years
IDEX - clean and fast two-material prints
Compared to traditional multi-material printing, IDEX dual-material printing requires less time for filament changes and generates less waste. In addition, IDEX offers a solution with two extruders to prevent cross-contamination. The J1s creates a clean connection between the two filaments, allowing for trouble-free removal of prints while avoiding the appearance of spots and unsightly joints along the layers.
