Product description: Rock Pi Model S D4WP - Rockchip RK3308 Cortex A35 Quad-Core
MinicomputerRock Pi Model S D4WPfitted withquad-coreRK3308 Cortex A35 clocked processorup to 1.3 GHzand512 MB RAM. The board is powered via USB 3.0 type C port. The user is provided with a USB port, Ethernet 10/100 Mbps supporting PoE function and a dual 26-pin GPIO offering, among others, support forPWM SUPPORTand interfacesI2C, I2S, SPIandUART. At the bottom of the minicomputer there is a card slotmicroSD. The S D4WP supports 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2.

Communication and power
The minicomputer is powered via theUSB type Cport. The manufacturer recommends using a 2 A power supply. The user has a USB 2.0 connector to which a peripheral device can be connected, as well as a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet portsupportingPoE function. Rock Pi supports WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless communication and Bluetooth 4.2. There is a U.FL plug on the board to connect an external antenna. Two 26-pin GPIO connectors with pins supporting interfaces are soldered in:
- 4 x I2C
- 3 x PWM
- 2 x SPI
- 3 x UART
- 1 x I2S
And power pins:
- 2 x 5 V
- 2 x 3,3 V
On the underside of the board there is amicroSDcard slot, designed for a card with an uploaded system. On the upper part of the board there are 2buttonsresponsible for resetting the minicomputer and for choosing booting between microSD card and NAND flash memory. The USB type C port for power supply also supportsthe OTG standard,so that the minicomputer can beconnected directly to the PC.

Operating system
Rock Pi works with Debian and Radx APT systems. It also supports compilations released by fans of Rock Pi minicomputers.
