Product description: LUC USB - LIN bus converter with USB cable
Based on STM32F04264 chip, this board allows you to connect devices using LIN 2.1 bus to your computer via USB cable. It communicates using a USB cable about 1m long. The circuit works with voltage of 5 V. In Windows and Linux the module is visible as a virtual COM port.
Connections of the converter
The module is equipped with a screw connector for stable connection of power supply wires and LIN interface signal. The converter itself is powered by 5 V from the USB port, but the LIN interface requires voltage from 4.5 V to 28 V. The circuit has opto-isolation for LIN. The pinouts of the module are:
- BAT+: supply voltage
- GND: system ground
- LIN: LIN signal (transceiver)
