Description
The PIR sensor allows motion detection. It is used to detect objects in rooms in alarm and lighting systems. The sensor is powered by 12 V. There is a relay on the board that changes the status of the outputs after motion detection. The relay contacts are suitable for operation with current up to 20 A. It has an adjustable switching time from 10 s to 600 s.
Use
The12 Vpower supply must be connected to the external outputs marked with V+ andGNDrespectively. When an object is detected in the sensor's field of view, the relay is switched on and the power supply voltage is transferred to the yellow wire - OUT. Time adjustment is possible by adjusting the potentiometer knob.
The sensor has three outputs: power supply +, - and output signal out.
