Description
Shield for Raspberry, version A+ / B+ / 2 / 3 / 3+ / Zero / Zero Wis based on a system PCA9535 adding 32 pins of I/O to minicomputer. It connects via the I2C bus. The module has selectable address so you can do cascade connection of several boards, what maximally allows for 128 additional GPIO pins.
The kit includes connectors for self-soldering.
The product is compatible with Raspberry The manufacturer provides sample programs (part 1andpart 2) to control the module. |
Power
IO Pi 32 has a voltage input port that can be isolated from the Raspberry so you can use the power supply with more efficient current to the I/O pins. External power is recommended when using more than one pin of the shield.
