Product description: Feather STM32F405 Express - board with STM32F405 microcontroller - Adafruit 4382
A board from Adafruit featuring the STM32F405 microcontroller with ARM Cortex M4 core. The processor is clocked up to 168 MHz. The STM32F405 Express is compatible with Feather and Arduino modules. It has 1 MB of Flash memory, 192 kB of RAM (including 128 kB of RAM for general use and 64 kB of RAM for program storage), and 2 MB of SPI Flash memory. The top of the module also houses useful connectors: USB Type-C for power and programming, a Li-Pol connector that allows you to connect a battery, and a STEMMA QT / Qwiic connector.
The manufacturer provides a detailed user guide that makes it significantly easier to get started with the board - check it out!
STEMMA QT connector what is it?
Adafruit Feather boards are equipped with STEMMA QT connector, which allows quick and convenient connection of various sensors - without the need of soldering. This type of connector uses SCL and SDA pins of I2C interface.
STEMMA conne ctors are 3 and 4 pin JST PH connectors. The STEMMA 4-pin JST PH have a larger connector with a 2.0 mm raster and are used to connect I2C lines. On the other hand, the 3-pin J ST PH connector with a 2.0 mm raster is designed to connect PWM / analog / digital.
