Product description: SparkFun Qwiic Thermocouple Amplifier - thermocouple amplifier - MCP9600 - with PCC connector - SparkFun SEN-16294
Module with a thermocouple amplifier equipped with the MCP9600 system. It works with K-type thermocouples via the PCC connector. It uses the I2C communication interface via the Qwiic connector. It enables temperature measurement in the range from -200 ° C to 1350 ° C , with an accuracy of 1.5 ° C. The module has the ability to read both the ambient temperature and the directly tested element. Additionally, the user can configure up to four temperature thresholds which, when exceeded, trigger an alarm.

Connection of a thermocouple amplifier
The MCP9600 thermocouple amplifier module communicates via the I2C interface. It is equipped with a PCC connector for connecting a K-type thermocouple and two alternative connection options with the main module (e.g. with Arduino) - Qwiic and solder pads.
- GND - the ground of the system
- 3V3 - power pin
- SDA - data line of the I2C bus
- SCL - clock line of the I2C bus
- ALT1 - ALT4 - alert pins
