Description of product: MicroMod function board - GNSS NEO-M9N module - SparkFun GPS-18378
Functional board from the MicroMod series equipped with the NEO-M9N chip - a high-quality module with a 92-channel GNSS receiver. It has a wide range of configurations, enables reception of signals from GPS , GLONASS , Galileo and BeiDu with a horizontal accuracy of up to 1.5 m . The module processes up to four readings simultaneously, which enables precise position determination even in difficult conditions. GNSS NEO-M9N uses UART , SPI and I2C interfaces for communication.
NEO-M9N GPS module pins
The board is equipped with a standard MicroMod M.2 connector mounted in the MicroMod expansion board socket, which does not require soldering - just attach them to the motherboard with a screw. Once connected, you can choose an interface from UART, SPI or I2C (u-blox calls this Display Data Channel) to communicate with NEO-M9N.
The kit does not include the board with the MicroMod processor, the MicroMod backplate , the U.FL adapter and the GNSS antenna. These items must be purchased separately.
