Product description: LiPo Charger 3,7 V Li-Pol battery charger - with current regulation - SparkFun PRT-14380
Charger for 1-cell lithium-polymer batteries with a nominal voltage of 3.7 V and lithium batteries. Maximum charging current is 500 mA. The chip is powered via a micro USB connector with a cable. The input voltage from 3.7 to 6 V. To fully charge the battery, the manufacturer recommends using a voltage of 5 V. The charger has an adjustable charging current via switches on the board to ensure safe charging of all 1-target batteries.

LiPo Charger Adjustment
To adjust the charging rate, slide the appropriate switch on the board to the ON position. Please note that charging the battery faster will shorten the battery life. The maximum recommended charge/discharge rate for Li-Pol / Li-Ion batteries is 1 C, e.g. a 1000 mAh battery at 1 C will charge the battery at 1000 mA, the same battery at 500 mA charge is 0.5 C.
