The TLA-1 tubular actuator by Elektrobim is an electric linear actuator designed for applications requiring a compact design and high precision. Thanks to the placement of the motor in the actuator axis, the TLA-1 model achieves exceptionally small dimensions while maintaining a dynamic force of 500 N. It operates with a voltage of 12 V DC and offers an extension speed of 7 mm/s without load. The built-in overload switch protects the mechanism from damage in the event of overload or encountering an obstacle, automatically stopping the piston rod. Connecting and controlling the actuator
The TLA-1 actuator is powered by 12 V DC and controlled by changing the polarity on the power cables - changing the voltage direction changes the direction of the piston rod movement. The actuator does not have mechanical limit switches, so the built-in electronic overload switch is responsible for stopping it. The actuator stops when the piston rod is fully extended, retracted or after contact with a mechanical obstacle. For connection, use cables with a minimum cross-section of 2 x 0.5 mm² . Control can be carried out both manually and via relay controllers. Two holes with a diameter of 6 mm are used for mounting the actuator.
The tubular drive has a load capacity of 500 N, and the built-in overload switch automatically stops the actuator.
