Product Description: PoE HAT - Power over Ethernet for Rock Pi 4
Poe Hat compatible with RockPi 4 version A and B,allows simultaneous power supply and connection of the mini-computer to the network with a single cable. The module's input voltage ranges from 37 V to 57 V. The output voltage is 5 V. PoE operates on thePlug&Playprinciple, but software is required to control the fan. Forproper operation of the overlay, a router /switch withPoE (Power overEthernet)function is required.
The Poe Hat overlay is compatible with Rocki Pi 4.

Fan controlPoE Hat - Power over Ethernet Rock Pi 4
In order to be able to control the fan, it is necessary to install the drivers with a command:
curl -sL https://rock.sh/get-rockpi-poe | sudo -E bash -
The drivers are compatible with both Raspberry Pi 3B+/4B and Rock Pi 4.
The fan is switched on and off by means of commands:
sudo systemctl start rockpi-poe.service sudo systemctl stop rockpi-poe.service
To set the speed level depending on the temperature, edit the /etc/rockpi-poe.conf file and then make changes by restarting the script:
sudo systemctl restart rockpi-poe.service
