Rock Pi Model S D4 mini-computer connectors.
Communication and power supply
The minicomputer is powered via theUSB type Cport. The manufacturer recommends using a 2 A power supply unit. The user has a USB 2.0 connector to which a peripheral device can be connected, as well as a 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet port.On the board there are two 26-pin GPIO connectors with pins supporting the interfaces:
- 4 x I2C
- 3 x PWM
- 2 x SPI
- 3 x UART
- 1 x I2S
And power pins:
- 2 x 5 V
- 2 x 3,3 V
On the underside of the board there is amicroSDcard slot, designed for a card with an uploaded system. On the upper part of the board there are 2buttonsresponsible for resetting the minicomputer and for choosing booting between microSD card and NAND flash memory. The USB type C port for power supply also supportsthe OTG standard,so that the minicomputer can beconnected directly to a personal computer.
