Description
The module with a digital barometer from Bosch can measure pressures from 300 to 1100 hPa with an accuracy of 0.02 hPa. The system is based on the pyosetting technology, which ensures high accuracy and stability of the measurements.
The sensor works with voltages from 1.8 V to 3.6 V. It can be operated directly by microcontrollers operating on these voltages e.g.STM32Discovery,Arduino Pro Mini 3.3VorRaspberry Pi mini computer. In order to connect to 5V systems e.g.Arduino Uno, the signals should be connected viaa voltage converter.
The leads are the holes to solder 2.54 mmgoldpinrasterconnectors(not included - available separately). The strips allow to connect the module usingwires ordirect connection to thecontactboard.
Product compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi The manufacturer provides a sample program for Arduino with a wiring diagram. Project is availableon GitHub website. Description of connection to Raspberry Pi and sample code can be found onPicoBoard.pl blog. |
Connection .
The supply voltage should be connected to the pins marked with "+" symbols (VDD) and "-" (GND - mass). Communication is via the I2C interface: SDA data line (DA) and SCL clock line (CL). The VDDIO (IO) output can be left unconnected - it is used for cooperation with systems with voltage lower than 1.8 V.
