Additionally, it allows to obtain silky smooth surfaces, ideal for creating high-quality 3D prints. It can be used for engineering applications, e.g. for printing devices, prototyping. It has been designed to ensure reliability and ease of use. It uses innovative Jam-Free technology, which eliminates the risk of jamming during printing. The product is hermetically packed with a moisture absorber.

Jam-Free Technology
Polymaker has developed Jam-Free technology for PLA filament, which increases the material’s heat resistance from 60°C to 140°C. This is to prevent any thermal creep issues that can cause jams and print irregularities.
Heat Creep is the process of heat moving up the hotend , causing the filament to melt too early.
